There is no way to eradicate loneliness, but there are ways to help.
I don't know how likely it is that I will have a "great" time. Besides the altitude sickness and the sun poisoning, I wonder what else I have to look forward to in South America.
And don't forget the altitude sickness that is possible in Peru, apparently drinking plenty of fluids helps.
