Winning Wisconsin, Part 3

It’s 2:40 pm. and we’re taking a break from canvassing while the Packers game is on. Some say that every election that the Redskins have played and lost, the presidential incumbent has also lost. The Redskins are losing, of course. So many Wausonians are sure of a Packers win that they’re already back to the tasks of the day: raking, cleaning, trick-or-treating. So it’s time for us to get back to work.

This morning I canvassed 41 houses. Very few people were home, but of the ones that were and would tell me how they’re voting, 8 were for Kerry and 1 was for Bush. Onward!
